In a beautiful wooded area, just 200 m from the lake, you can enjoy rest and recovery in this tastefully renovated house. This house is built for a maximum of 8 people (max. 4 adults & 4 children) and is completely secluded.
Lake Gravlängen is very rich in fish, the lake is 11 km long and in places quite narrow with islands and shoals. Fishing mainly consists of zander, perch, pike and eel.
Downstairs amenities: Living room with upholstered furniture, fireplace, satellite TV and dining area.
Kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and coffee maker. A bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.
Upstairs there is a room with a double bed, 2 smaller single rooms and in the family room upstairs there is a single bed and a sofa bed.
The house has a large wooden balcony with outdoor furniture and barbecue in a beautiful forest setting. No smoking indoors.
Robust aluminum boat with 8 hp outboard can be rented for SEK 2500 per week. Possibility of boathouse at the beach to store fishing equipment.
A second boat with a 4 hp engine can be rented at a price of SEK 2,000 per week.
