This beautiful semi-detached house was built in 2003, where we offer you 65 square meters of living space.
The house is located peacefully at a horse farm and 300m away from fishing and swimming water. This house is built for 4 adults + 2 children.
The house has 1 double bed, 1 large bunk bed that fits 2 adults and a sofa bed that is 130 cm wide.
The second part of the house is inhabited by the parents of the owner. From the house and the shared, furnished terrace you have a beautiful view of the lake about 200 meters away, enjoy Bodasjön and the surrounding nature.
Bodasjön is 3 km long and about 60 hectares. In the lake you can mainly catch perch and pike.
A rowing boat with 4 hp motor can be rented for €200 and canoe is included in the price.
Your boat is at a private dock, boat (see picture).
Extra boat and fishing license
An extra boat can be booked at a second cost of €200 / week subject to availability. Fishing card can be purchased (from 15 years old) on site on arrival.
