This beautiful semi-detached house was built in 2003, where we offer you 65 square meters of living space.

The house is located peacefully by a horse farm and 300m from fishing and bathing water. This house is built for 4 adults + 2 children.

The house has 1 double bed, 1 large bunk bed that fits 2 adults and a sofa bed that is 130 cm wide.

The other part of the house is occupied by the owner's parents. From the house and the shared, furnished terrace you have a beautiful view of the lake about 200m away, enjoy Lake Boda and nature all around.

Bodasjön is 3km long and about 60 hectares. In the lake you can mainly catch perch and pike and also zander.

Boat with 4 hp engine can be rented for SEK 2000 per week and 1 canoe is included.

Extra boat and fishing license
An extra boat can be booked at a second cost of SEK 2,000/week, subject to availability.
Fishing licenses can be purchased from 15 years old on site upon arrival.
